Description: UNC Medal Eglit-105 59.1 mm. 94.5 grams. Copper, bronzed. The sides of the medal are essentially flawless. Front side is an obverse of elder Columbus. Reverse side is highly detailed, intricate scene of Civilization and Genii above Native American Indians. This medal was designed by Pagliaghi, engraved by Capuccio, and struck by Stefano Johnson in Milan, Italy. It one of the most artistic of the Columbian Expo medals. The medal is in amazing UNC condition, I highly recommend it, it is from my personal collection. For serious collectors, if you want more pictures please let me know.
