It has a brilliant surface on both the obverse and the reverse sides. The fields are highly mirrored and contrast beautifully with the cameo devises. This is a tough to find grade for this year. To date, NGC has graded 38 coins, for this year, at this level. Only 17 have been graded higher. The eye appeal is splendid. The coin is displayed in a holder with a traditional brown label.
