Description: A beautiful 30-block American cotton quilt, hand stitched, hand pieced, hand sewn, and hand quilted in the puzzle pieces pattern dating to approximately the late 19th century in the traditional manner. The quilt pieces are varied in gingham of pink, gray, light beige, dark tan, blue, and prints with a beige border. The verso of the quilt is a solid pink color quilted with a repeating pattern of hand stitched triangle blocks. Condition consistent with age and wear; there are a few stains and minor tears. Clean, no odors. Measures approximately 75.5" x 66" Estate find.
