Description: This is an antique French hand mirror in the Neoclassical Grecian style. I believe this to be a combination of gilt bronze/brass metal. The design is on mahogany wood, and is encrusted with precious stones. The top stone is a purple Lindy Star Sapphire, and the bottom two stones are Jade. This is most likely from the period 1880 to 1900's, but actual age is unknown. The mirror has been replaced and is not original. In great condition and I have personally owned this for the last 30 years. No markings seen. Measurements: 9.5" long by 4.5" diameter at the widest point. Condition: very good condition.
