Description: Selling this neat, antique .800 silver compact case as part of a local estate we are handling. Features a scene/image of a lady with two large dogs. Not sure what type of material the center is made of. It has a jade type colored enameling around the edge. There is a small piece of enameling missing at one corner(see photo). Not too noticeable. The sides and back are engraved silver. Inside, it is marked .800. No other markings that I can find. The mirror is broken, so you would want to replace that. The small perfume tube (marked Houbigant) is badly dented. No other problems that I see. Measures approx. 2 1/4" x 1 7/8". The lid fits nicely and the catch works fine. Probably made in Italy? Weighs approx. 80.1 grams. Always glad to combine shipping, just wait for our invoice when auction ends. Thanks for bidding!
