Description: Wheel wells have not been enlarged. The window frame and header pipe chrome are in nice shape with minimal chrome loss from the outside view, and the pipes have some chrome loss on the inside view of the body. Screw posts are not cracked and hold the screws fine. The running Aurora TJet solid rivet chassis has green wire armature windings with gray laminations. It has a very smooth running gear train. Bottom chassis metal plates are brighter with less patina than most solid rivet chassis. Wheels show chrome wear. Has old silicone slicks on the rear tires giving wheelspin, so you might want to replace them with silicones or fresher tires if running the car. I purchased this car in 2012 from the son of an Aurora employee. Nice one for the collection or a potential runner. Front screw posts not cracked, and rear screw post has a crack about 7/32" down. Both posts hold the screws fine. A pair of silicone slick rear tires are included since the original rubber ones don't give the best traction. Nice one for the collection or a runner.
