PSU green LED turns on for a moment when power is connected. System does not turn on at all. Desktop does NOT come with any drives/OS. It has one 8GB stick of memory. Please remember this is being sold AS-IS, and is not fully functional. Desktop may be missing parts such as RAM, batteries, internal cables, screws or storage drives.
