Description: Excellent condition and appears to have seen very little use. One of the powders is still sealed, only 10% out of one and the other is more then half full. It looks like Oxy/Acetylene torch will clamp into the base of the handle assembly. There isn't a way to meter how much powder is dispensed just a simple ON/OFF valve. Priced according to the kit possibly being incomplete.
