Description: Overview: Up for sale is an incredible oil painting on canvas. The painting depicts a foursome of early 1900's golfers on a seascape golf course. The painting is painted masterfully, with great detail. I love the one golfer who looks to be acting as a caddy, reaching into a box for a club. It is unsigned (though it is possible there is a signature on back under the paper backing) and undated. My best guess is that this was painted between 1980 and 2010. It's got a great vintage aesthetic, but likely painted within the last 30-40 years. I purchased this at an estate sale for a high-end home on a golf course. I would not be surprised if the artist was listed. It comes framed in a nice wood frame with linen matting. I have a companion piece for sale as well.
