Description: Very Nice adjustable thickness pastry rolling pin by Joseph Joseph. It measures 13.5" Wide on the wood rolling area and 17" overall including the adjustable rings that are attached to each end. It has 4 different thickness rings which can be removed on each end and screwed in on each end for pastry thickness when rolling. Easy storage on each end after use. The rings are hard plastic so they can easily be washed and stored again on the rolling pin on the ends. The item is NEW, never used (was not in a box). The rings are all color-coded and 3/8", 1/4", 1/6", and 1/16" and the metrics are etched on the other side. The wood rolling area also has inch and metric markings. A PASTRY BAKERS DREAM. Very nice.
