Leica Leitz 5cm 50mm f/2 Summar Lens L39 LTM pre-war 1937

Description: This is very nice condition for a lens that dates to 1937. The glass has some cleaning marks but had a CLA by Youxin Ye. There is a spec or two inside but do not affect images. Aperture and focus work. This is the pre-WWII lens and sought after by collectors for that. There is a bit of wear to body cosmetically. Ye state: Summar 50/2.0 #387899 CLA Note: Repaired bent base ring. CLA'd. Cleaned and lubricated focus helical. Focus is usable now. Cleaned and lubricated aperture ring. Cleaned optics in the lens removed haze inside. Lens is clean and clear now consider its age. Tested the lens with digital M body, lens is in focus and produce good images. Although the items are in good condition, they are not brand new, and as such, you should expect normal wear & tear, minor blemishes & small imperfections such as minor dents, scuffs or paint loss etc. I cannot list them all, but remarked the ones that stand out. This is camera that works, but please have realistic expectations. It is not new. Please review the pictures closely & ask for additional ones if you have any doubts, as they are part of the description.
