Description: Lidded Beer Stein West Germany Vintage Die Fischerin v. Bodensee. This lidded beer stein has a raised picture of a fisherwoman and a man. The phrase Die Fischerin v. Bodensee ist eine schone Maid 'juch-ke' translates as "The fisherwoman v. Bodensee is a beautiful maid juch-ke." The lid is pewter with a hinge. It isn't marked but I suspect it was made in West Germany at some point. It measures 3.5" in diameter at the base and expands to 5" with the handle. It stands 8.5" with the lid.
