A size 8 fits a 31.5" bust, a 24" waist, and 33.5" hips. The jacket pieces have been slightly altered as well -- the jacket length was added to with the addition of some tracing paper, and the sleeve pieces were shortened by folding and taping the pattern pieces (they were not cut shorter). *Vintage 1980s jacket pattern, number 2828, by Vogue . Based on my research, it dates from 1983, and was designed by Joseph Picone. It is a size 8, which fits a 31.5" bust, 24" waist, and 33.5" hips. In fair condition, with all its pieces and instruction sheets.
