Description: Legendary Soviet wide angle lens Mir-1 37mm f2.8 with an M42 SLR screw mount. Early version with "Grand Prix Brussels 1958" inscription on the body. The lens is in excellent fully working condition with significant signs of use on the body (see photos for details). The optics are clear, without a haze, fungus etc. A bit of usual for od lenses dust inside glass that can not affect photo quality. The focusing is working well. The barrel has visible wear from use. The aperture blades are free of oil. Comes with a rear cap. I tested this lens with a Praktica SLR camera and it worked as should.The lens fits modern cameras using a special adapter. 49mm filter.
