Description: This listing is for a NEC Turbo Duo Console Complete in Box TurboGrafx 16 and TurboGrafx-CD The rare NEC Turbo Duo console complete in its original box! The Turbo Duo is the marrying of the TurboGrafx 16 and the TurboGrafx-CD consoles, allowing the Turbo Duo to play both systems' library of games all in one console! The console itself is in amazing physical condition! It has very few, if any, signs of wear from previous use or storage. It is safely stored in the box with its original plastic bag alongside its foam inserts that hold it steady and prevent wear. We are unable to give it a full testing due to lack of hardware, but in it's current condition feel confident in saying any issues it may have are not from previous use/storage and more so with the general aging of a console released over 30 years ago. Controller shows a bit more wear from age and as such may not be the original paired with this console. Regardless, we've done our best to clean the controller without disassembly. We will leave any further cleaning procedures up to the buyer's discretion. Please note: You will need an adapter to use the provided controller with this console. That adapter is NOT included in this listing unfortunately. The manual is included as shown. It's sizeable and in multiple languages depending on which side you open it from. It's bottom right corner (in relation to the English side) has a slight bend. Beyond that, interior is free of major blemishes and the staples show no rust. The original AC power adapter as well as the component video cable are included as shown. Box has moderate wear throughout. The front panel's right side has what we'd call scuff marks. The back panel has a small impact hole as visible in photos. Besides these more notable blemishes are light stains, creases, etc. commonly seen on old console boxes. Please refer to photos for a good idea of the condition. Boxes interior is clean and all inserts, foam and cardboard, are included with photos showing how they protect and store component.
