These are 4 ply rated for 635 lbs per tire at 38 psi. These are tubeless tires but can be used with a tube if needed. Many of the applications such as old mini bikes these are used on have two piece wheels that unbolt and split thus they require a tube. The tubes are sold in my ebay store. Questions?
