Licensed for commercialization by Tosaden Transportation Co., Ltd. Tosaden Kotsu operates tram and bus services based in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. The 200 series carriages are the original carriages that first appeared in 1950, and a total of 21 were manufactured.
