Her straight hip-length light blonde hair is fashioned into a top knot (adorned with a thin white ribbon); and she has bangs. Her outfit: White tutu with shiny top portion; tulle underskirt; chiffon-like skirt overlay and puffed sleeves; toe shoes with white ribbon laces. Her fish-net type tights look to be very fine gauge white tulle.
