Rico/Tag Express was the maker for this San Diego Chargers football memorabilia, I believe from the 1990's era. The Chargers' slogan "The Bolt is Back!" is utilized on this foam finger. My final photo shows the finger's slit at the bottom, where you slip your hand into for "wagging" purposes! The finger is straight; it is sometimes found "bent". <>Condition: this foam finger was used but not abused!
