Description: For sale is a vintage/antique etching by Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962). He was an Austro-Hungarian artist known for his etchings and prints, and one of the first to develop colored etchings. This particular image is of St. Moritz, Switzerland. It's signed by the artist himself in the lower margin. The image is approx 14" x 14" and 22 1/2" x 22 1/2" in frame. I did not notice any fading or foxing, but I would highly suggest having this put on acid free matting. It comes in a vintage frame with a pale green velvet border. I think this was created in the 1920s or 30s, but the image itself might be older. The framing job is from the 1960s. It's in good vintage condition and would be a great addition to any collection!
