Description: Neil is nominated for the 2025 class pro football Hall-of-Fame...Just opened a box of 1996 Topps Chrome football on August 19, 2024 - so the cards are “pack fresh” as “pack fresh” gets. Not all ”pack fresh” cards are gem mint as they are all subject to factory flaws such as off-centering, etc. As all of these cards went direct from packs to into soft sleeves - one thing I can assure everyone is that the cards are absolutely free of any surface scratches introduced outside of the factory… This is; - 1996 Topps Chrome #82 Neil Smith cardTook the photos outside at dusk and caused a bit a washed-out look, specially on the back side. Please rest assured that the card is pack-fresh and has rich color... The card is in GEM MINT condition and this type of card is not worth spending $20 to grade so here it is. To me Gem Mint means perfect centering, 4 razor sharp corners and no surface scratches. One can typically see the centering and the corners but surface scratches are impossible to tell on a photo - so I m assuring all that there are absolutely no surface scratches.
