Cosmetic condition is used and they show typical wear from use and age but have no significant damage. The ear pads are in very good shape and the foam is not flat and has plenty of spring to it. The speakers are in good shape and work as they should. The volume controls work well with just a slight amount of scratch. C'mon, you're just going to run 'em wide open anyway. LOL!
