This figure is MINT IN BOX and it has never been removed from the package. There is some shelf wear and some rub marks on the edges and the corners. There is one small tear at the very bottom on the back that is about an eighth of and inch long...I almost did not notice it. There is also a small magnetic strip on the back of the figure right above the old price sticker. I decided not to try and remove it. The new owner can do that if he or she wishes.
