Description: Very faint, very fine scratches (rub marks) on front element. Visible only when held up to a very bright light/flashlight. Diaphragm is dry: works smoothly. Focusing is very smooth. Comes with typical Russian lens case of sturdy black plastic. There is a very small scratch, as seen in the photos, emanating from the removal notch on the front element securing ring. Fortunately it has no effect, other than visual, on the lens itself. Just the "signature" of some previous, and not very smart former owner. This is a very "fast" and high quality lens.
