They were issued unchanged (with different signatures and series) under the tsarist, Provisional and Soviet governments, all indicated date "1910". The design is black, beige, red and green. Artist - Richard Germanovich Zarrinsh. Banknotes signed "A.Konshin" were issued in 1910-1914. Published by the State Paper Procurement Expedition in St. Petersburg. During the existence of the Empire, a gift banknote could be exchanged at the State Bank for a gold coin without limiting the amount (1 p. = 1/15 imperial, contains 17.424 shares of pure gold)."
