Description: Pre-Owned Shiny Oshawott Plushie. About 9" in size. Released back around 2010-2011 by Banpresto. Was originally purchased from a booth at an Anime convention. Still has the original tag on it! Has some minor fading around the white parts. Could just use a gentle wash to restore some of the shine to it.
