He holds a B.Sc. Hons. in Economics from Fourah Bay College (FBC), a constituent college of USL and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana in Legon, Ghana. Roland is an associate lecturer of ethics at IPAM. He has more than ten years of research experience in the field of moral philosophy, business, and management. His remarkable service with IPAM earned him a meritorious award in 2015. A Handbook of Ethics and Responsibility was his first major writing.
