The Black Shoulder Pack has many pockets - 5 zipper pockets, one net pocket and, inside front pocket there are many little pockets & clips. The Black Shoulder Pack seems to never been used. But it had a rip inside one of the pockets so it was repaired. Check Pictures. They both have an embroidered horses head inside a horseshoe. They are both the same.
