There some left over green paint in spots; may or may not be from a military application. Used condition showing substantial wear & tear. Needs refurbished. Missing the manufacturers tag. Siren works well but needs rewired, cloth wire has bare spots. Voltage unknown (was tested briefly with 12v). Siren body measures approx. 7" long with a diameter of 4.25".
