Description: Vintage 1922 Elgin Wrist Watch Grade 447 7j Gold Fill Monogrammed Case GF Band This charming Vintage 1922 Elgin Wrist Watch is in good condition with light wear and marks from use and age. The face of the watch says Elgin. The watch face appears to have dirt on the face inside the case. The back of the watch case is monogrammed EMP. The watch does not wind. The hour and minute hands move when time is adjusted. The watch band clasp works well. The inside of the watch clasp is marked 1/20 12k Gold Filled Pat. 2097055 USA along with what appears to be a manufacturers mark that says JPC inside of a triangle. The inside of the watch case back says S.W.C. CO. Gold Filled 20 Years 5313912. The watch movement says Elgin U.S.A. with serial number 24384220. The watch is approximately 1 1/4" long from the top of the winder to the bottom of the watch case. We cannot guarantee watch will work or tell accurate time. Watch is sold As Is.
