Signed by DPW sometime probably in the 70s, this was surely made with love. There is a chip of the ceramic on the inside of the base (as shown in photos) but it does not affect functionality. The frosting of snow is very well done. The tree has a wonderful mix of lights and red cardinals that has a stunning presence. The lights and star are not glued to the base and will be included separately for shipping. Note: Lightbulb is not included.
