Speeds range from 1/1250-1 second and B. Early model with no flash sync. The Contax III is Ex++ or 9 of 10 cosmetic condition. No dents or dings. Overall nice clean condition with just a few small marks around. No missing parts. Smooth controls. Good working order. Working light meter, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This camera body was CLA'd to good working order in 2022. Smooth working film advance. Smooth working shutter. Rangefinder is working. Lens is a Zeiss Sonnar 5cm f/2. Serial #2231555. Lens has close focusing down to 3 feet. Aperture f/2 - f/22. Lens is Ex or 8 of 10 cosmetic condition. Nice clean optics. Non coated glass. Several fine cleaning marks on the front that should not affect your photos. Smooth working aperture blades with no oil on them. Smooth focus. This early vintage Contax III camera comes with an original lens cap, Zeiss cable release, and a Contax 35mm film cassette. Camera also comes with an Contax Guide book, and three(3) Zeiss filters in light red, dark yellow, and green.
