Description: Very clean and well built HW-16. Tested on 40 meters, she powered right up and had good reception typical of the HW-16. I used a 7.192 crystal (not included) a straight key and monitored the cw signal on the flex. Pretty clean. About 80 watts showing on the wattmeter full rf pwr. My first rig as a novice was my HW-16. Fun times. Simple times. Sold as is for parts or restoration. Cosmetically nice. Needs a original knob on the band switch. have fun.
