The paradox is that binoculars, the simplest optical product, were manufactured at the best optical enterprise of the USSR - LZOS (Lytkarino, an optical glass plant), that dealt mainly with military orders. Magnification 4x, lens diameter 36 mm, which gives a bright picture even in low light. Prismless design with internal focusing, which gives compact and insensitive to external influences optics. The binoculars give a normal image, but additional more precise adjustment of the eyepieces for coaxiality may be required. This is not technically difficult, it is enough to unscrew the decorative covers on the eyepieces, as shown in the last photos, and then three screws center the eyepiece. I do not know the algorithm of actions, an approximate adjustment has been made. Considering the condition of the binoculars - it was not used - I think the price is quite adequate.
