There are some loose seams near the under arms, on the side hip and shoulders. There is a small section of the bottom lace hem trim is loose. Also, there is one top button that is missing. I point these items out in the pictures. It is a very nice design and pattern that would benefit from some touch up work if the buyer desires (see pictures). No stains, just some normal use wear as can be expected from a used older piece of clothing (see pictures). I believe it is a Size 7 based on the tag and I took some extra measurements in the pictures to help show some more size info (see pictures).
