Description: In fairly good condition for a vintage book. There are some stains and discoloration from age and use; and the pages are bent at the corners and places. They peculiar thing about this book is that the songs shown on the cover are not the songs that are inside of it. The list of songs on page 2 of the book is what is actually in the book.
