Description: This piece weighs 1 1/2lbs before packaging. This samovar is in the typical form in the Russian imperial style. This is a a classic samovar set, tooled in brass, comprising of a small brass samovar and underplate/tray. The samovar is cylindrical with flared handles on a footed pedestal base. The front of the lid is stamped with three Russian seals, possibly from the town of Tula in Russia. The spigot turns with some effort. A free-form shaped tray with raised edge sits underneath the samovar. This set needs to be polished for its full, shiny beauty to be revealed. Samovar: 5 1/4" 4 3/4" x 8 1/2" tall.
