Description: Vintage Zenith Model A-600L Trans-Oceanic radio that is in good working condition. Once the tubes warm up, the sound and reception on this unit is excellent. I was able to get reception on the AM, Afternoon & Evening bands, and the Weather & Marine SW Broadcast band. All of the knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. All of the push buttons operate well. Antenna extends the full length and is in good condition. The interior of the radio is very clean with no evidence of rust or battery corrosion. The power cord is in very good condition, still plyable. The genuine top grade cowhide leather body covering is in very good condition, with minimal wear. There is a crack in the plastic wave magnet on top of the radio that appears to have been glued. Comes with operating guide, schematics, owners card and Zenith hang tag. Great looking, working Trans-Oceanic radio to add to your collection.
